Strategic rebuild of the entire content ecosystem for Travis Pastrana's legacy action sports brand, from activating archival content libraries for engagement and monetization to new content ideation and production. Led socially-native programming, platform prioritization, OTT, data-driven audience development, emerging tech experimentation, organic marketing, and branded content enablement.
Built and scaled a 10K+ Creator community from the ground up through a $1.5B NYSE IPO, developing the product tools, lifecycle marketing, live events, and incentivization infrastructure that drove retention and scale. Recruited and managed 3,000 Influencers for brand collaborations, O&O property videos, and YouTube deals at scale.
